With nearly Eight years of experience in Bulgarian Property Management we offer an affordable, professional, efficient and flexible service to clients who want their property properly managed and well looked after. We provide a wide selection of services to suit your needs, and are happy to manage property with or without rentals.   

We provide a full range of property management and maintenance services for the home owner abroad, everything from simply making sure your property is ready every time you or your guests arrive to small repairs and maintenance like light bulbs, toilet flushing, and more substantial work, painting, washers and safes fitted and much more, as you can find in the services page of our website 

Our belief is that building a close personal link with our clients, we develop a better, clearer understanding of your requirements, we listen, and look at what you want, not sell you a service that does not suit. Everybody knows there are plenty of PM companies about but not many with the experience and consistency or requirements that you may be looking for.

As one of our registered owners, you will be able to call us at any time and get a rapid response to questions, advice or information of arrivals and arrangements for cleaning, laundry, transfers and welcome packs etc.

 For less than 20p a day during the summer season its worth peace of mind, knowing, it really is OK, that’s what other clients tell us, its having someone there, to help and arrange things for themselves or their guests. Even if you don’t want to rent out your property, some owners just use it themselves or only have friends and family.
