Our prices are Based on apartment occupancies as below:

Studio up to 3 personsOne Bed-room up to 5 Persons               

 Two Bedrooms up to 7 persons

Three Bedrooms up to 9 persons

.Any further linen or towels used above allocation will incur a charge of 1 lev per Item.

N.B  A laundry only service can be requested by visiting owners on their departure, for guests we only do the full Clean & Laundry service.

As in the past we accept that some owners like to do their own cleaning and we are happy in that case to do just the laundry. If owners request guests to do the cleaning then they must make alternative arrangements for the laundry. If we are asked to take wet laundry out of washer, put laundry away or just make beds then we will charge for our time.

At this point may I remind you that any payments must be made through owners for all services, this saves any embarrassment of having to ask guests for money when in some cases they think that they have paid.

TRANSFERS

Transfers remain the same this year.

 Bourgas  to St Vlas/ Elenite 60 Lev each way.

 Bourgas to NFC/Holiday Fort 50 Lev each way

Transfer fee is per apartment occupancy. May be paid with other currencies at the days rate.

Varna Airport transfers 150 Lev each way  (This service is not guaranteed will check on request if able to oblige or possibly find you alternative transport )

Transfer drivers will meet all guests at the airport with a PHOENIX UK nameboard.
