• Payments to Fort Noks not including Utilities ( Money to be paid into our account prior to any payments made ) 
• Winter closure of the apartment
• Spring inspection of apartment and advise to you of any maintenance that may be required.
• Arranging and Supervising repairs and maintenance from the most competitive quality local tradesmen without additional cost – we pass on their charges direct to you.
• Muncipality direct payments or to FN

Both above options include apartment checks throughout the season.
